PAY AND FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT (FLSA) STATUS: Pay Range: 854 Hourly Rate: $14.00 - $15.25: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: The normal starting pay for this position is the minimum of the pay range listed above. A higher rate of pay may be considered, dependent on the qualifications and experience of the selected applicant. HIRING INCENTIVE (Effective April 15, 2026, to September 10, 2026) Note: All approved incentives are contingent upon employee being in good standing without performance issues. - $50 – Applicant must complete all mandatory training, including orientation, and work all scheduled shifts during first month of active status.
