Job description

We are looking for an Associate Origination (m/f/d) to join our European Debt team, based in Munich, at the earliest possible date.The Origination Manager (m/f/d) assists Origination Manager and Senior Origination Manager in the analysis, underwriting and closing of mandate-compliant lending transactions for our investors. With growing transaction experience continuously expand area of responsibility and start acquiring own client relationships and network. Key Responsibilities: - Financial and cash flow modeling to assess and quantify the risk principles associated with new real estate financing opportunities - Use internal models to assess loan ratings - Prepare committee documents and participate in debt investment committee - Draft appropriately structured term sheets and partially negotiate with borrowers - Work with internal and external legal advisors to partially negotiate legal documentation - Carry out legal and tax real estate due diligence with internal experts & external advisors - Supports smooth handover to loan management team Key Requirements: - 2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience - Experience in lending or structured financing is a plus - Advanced grad...
