GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc.). This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of crew foreman.
