Position Overview The Senior Inventory Associate serves as a key operational contributor and functional leader within the Post-Purchase Defects & Redemptions Operations team, with expanded responsibilities over defect and redemption fulfillment workflows, inventory accuracy, and audit compliance. This individual is accountable for managing card inventory, overseeing product movement and quality control, and supporting Collector Fulfillment Associates. This role requires a meticulous, solution-oriented professional with deep experience in fulfillment operations, strong WMS proficiency, and a high level of autonomy. The ideal candidate will possess the critical thinking skills necessary to navigate ambiguity and scale processes in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
