The TIENS Group Co., Ltd. is a global organization operating across more than 190 countries, with business areas including health, biotechnology, education, and e-commerce. TIENS Europe is active in over 20 markets and continues to grow its regional presence. For our Eurasia region, we are currently looking for a Training & Event Manager (m/f/d) to support and develop our distributor network through engaging training programs and well-organized events. Tasks: - Support the planning and execution of online and offline training sessions and events across the region - Deliver and moderate presentations, workshops, and business trainings for distributors - Adapt existing training materials to fit local market needs and different experience levels - Help build and maintain a simple and effective training structure for new and existing distributors - Support community growth by engaging with online groups and helping convert participants into active distributors - Coordinate with a small, young team to organize events and ensure smooth execution - Identify potential speakers/trainers and support their development Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or relevant background in business, commu...
