Job description

Job Purpose: A maintenance position responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of equipment, facilities and grounds. Duties and Responsibilities: Facilities maintenance duties related to all equipment, building and grounds maintenance activities Execute the preventive maintenance program and associated documentation Complete work orders and required facility, equipment & ground repairs Maintain and monitor system HVAC systems Maintain maintenance and parts inventory and equipment list Research parts and maintenance supplies for procurement Operate and test systems and equipment and ensure required equipment calibrations are completed and documented Partner with quality assurance to facilitate corrections and corrective actions when needed by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending preventive measures Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations Ensure emergency preparedness equipment is maintained properly Ensure that the facility and grounds are clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures Participate in regular facility inspect...
