This is accomplished through performing Regulatory and Third-Party Risk Assessments, regulatory research, Complaint Management, and providing guidance to business lines. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Has an understanding of consumer protection laws, regulations and policies that apply to S&T’s business operations. 2. Holds the designation of Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from the ABA or is willing to pursue. 3.
