Job description

Inside the Role This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound domestic and Canadian used truck shipments in support of new truck customers, transporters, storage vendors, and the dealer and SelecTrucks network. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of all receiving, shipping, repair, and inventory documentation to support recordkeeping, audits, and compliance requirements. The Specialist monitors storage inventory, repairs, maintenance, and vendor invoicing, and reconciles discrepancies as needed. This role requires a working knowledge of transportation and storage contracts and the ability to manage exceptions or changes in process flows across multiple customer types, including dealers, fleets, and external customers. Close collaboration with Acquisitions, Inspections, Controlling, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams is essential to ensure operational success and a positive customer experience.
