SUMMARY STATEMENT /POSITION OVERVIEW: Hollingsworth is a federal contractor for the USPS. They serve as a Mail Transport Equipment Service Center. They process and repair all equipment used in the transportation process by USPS. The 2nd shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading their shift, assigning their employees to roles based on operational needs, setting expectations for their employees, communicating the needs of the operation to their employees, reporting all happenings of their shift to the Plant Manager, and other duties as assigned. The supervisor position is a leadership role. The supervisor is expected to lead their shift, make proper operational decisions, and work closely with the Plant Manager to ensure we are providing excellent service to USPS. This is a 2nd shift position Monday - Friday (2:45 PM - 12:00 AM).
