This role leads functional testing, validation, documentation, and user enablement across core operational processes including estimating, order entry, item configuration, planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and invoicing. This position is a hands-on, mid level individual contributor role requiring strong ERP functional knowledge, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.
