Job description

The Research Group on Aging, Frailty and Care Transitions in Barcelona (REFiT-BCN) offers a technical position for a Laboratory Technician. Research topic: Innovative solutions across the Mediterranean for mitigation of climate change-related health risks and enhancing health system resilience. ISMED-CLIM Project summary: ISMED-CLIM is a Horizon Europe project that aims to test and demonstrate transformative solutions to build resilience to health risks associated with climate change. The project brings together regions, local authorities, communities, and policymakers, along with clinical, environmental, and social scientists and information technology (IT) experts, to develop and pilot technological and digital solutions to mitigate climate-related health risks and strengthen healthcare system resilience in the Mediterranean biogeographical region. These solutions will be evaluated in real-world settings through a randomized clinical trial involving older adults.
