THE ROLE: This is a central, high-impact role sitting at the heart of our conference delivery. You will be the key point of contact between Show Directors, Marketing Managers, Operations teams, suppliers and speakers, making sure every conference runs seamlessly from the first planning call to the final session on stage. Your responsibilities will include: Training, developing and managing at least one direct report Managing AV requirements, suppliers, budgets and stage set design Liaising with venues, event teams and marketing to deliver all logistical and speaker-related needs Overseeing speaker agreements, fees, accommodation, biographies and presentations Proofing and providing conference programme content for promotional and printed ma...
