Job Title: Student Worker - Well-Being Ambassador Job Classification: Health and Recreation Services, Student Department: Student Care and Well-Being: Hiring Manager: Hayley Thomas: Contact: Hayley_thomas@baylor.edu: Work Schedule: 5 hours per week Desired Length of Employment: Fall 2026/ Ongoing Pay Rate: $13: Job Description: Well-Being Ambassadors are Baylor students who are passionate about educating their peers on the topics of health and well-being and promoting a culture focus include physical and emotional well-being, goal setting, stress reduction, and time management. Well-Being Ambassadors do not provide medical advice. Duties & Responsibilities: - Complete a well-being training program offered by the Department of Student Care and Well-Being. - Serve as a liaison for the Department of Student Care and Well-Being and campus community on topics related to health and well-being. - Host weekly drop-in sessions for students in placement/department. - Meet one-on-one with students. - Direct students to campus and community resources, as needed. - Attend monthly meetings with other ambassadors and staff.
