ROLE SUMMARY: The Client Director plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy and commercial effectiveness. This role involves overseeing all markets/business lines, ensuring the company meets its financial targets and strategic objectives to grow the business in the geography. The Client Director is a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization by fostering development in the operation. Reporting to Country managing Director, the Client Director will be part of the Leadership team and oversee commercial and BD management f or designated Business Line Heads.
