The Value Enablement Lead partners with Domain Leadership, along with Product, and Engineering teams to improve how value flows across Canadian Banking Engineering. This role bridges strategy and execution—translating enterprise value enablement principles into practical, measurable team- and portfolio level practices. The role combines hands-on coaching with portfolio-level coordination. It enables teams to improve flow, predictability, and learning while identifying systemic constraints and partnering with leadership to address structural barriers.
