A day in the life of our Parent Pathways Team Leader can include, but are not limited to the following: - Maintain and support an active caseload - Supervise and support Parents Pathways teams in the area to achieve KPI’s - Develop and maintain operational relationships with relevant government bodies, community organisations and employers - Proactively identifying performance or HR issues and escalating them to the Regional Manager in a timely and fair manner, ensuring appropriate action is taken to minimise risk - Inspire and foster team commitment, spirit, pride, and trust; facilitate cooperation and motivate team members to accomplish group goals - Develop the capacity of others to perform and contribute by providing coaching/mentoring, feedback, and opportunities to learn through forma...
