Area Dean of Nursing and Administrator Rasmussen University Bloomington, MN The Area Dean of Nursing & Administrator serves as the nurse administrator for the nursing program and is responsible for leading, implementing, and maintaining learning and teaching strategies and initiatives that reflect the vision and direction of the School of Nursing. This includes hiring, management and development of campus nursing leaders and accountability for faculty management and the student academic experience. This role works collaboratively with campus and School of Nursing leadership, staff, and students to improve learning outcomes and ensure campuses meet and maintain Board of Nursing regulations and accreditation standards.
