Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive behavior analytic services to children and adolescents, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Behavior Management techniques, and Treatment Planning, alongside excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communications skills. The BCBA will be expected to adhere to Ethical Standards And Conduct while developing and implementing effective Intervention Plans. Responsibilities: - Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors. - Develop and implement individualized Treatment Planning and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles. - Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members. - Monitor client progress through Data Collection and analysis, making data-driven decisions. - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent impl...
