Why you'll love this job: - ​This job is a member of the Team Member Service Center within the People Division. - Responsible for providing resolution to policy, benefits and general team member questions. What you'll do: - Demonstrates positive energy, judgement in decision making, appropriate communication methods and team member support. - Answers inquiries via phone, chat, fax, email or self-portal. - Assists team members with issues surrounding travel, policy and general team member questions. - Uses general understanding of procedures, policies, knowledge of the database, other reference materials and judgement to resolve team member inquiries.
