POSITION POSTED UNTIL A VIABLE POOL OF CANDIDATES HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED: EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Engineering Technology or a related field and a minimum of four years developing and conducting technical training programs. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, completion of a Technical Military “A” School or Vocational Technical Training program accompanied by directly related work experience as an instructor or instructional designer in a technical training program may be substituted on a year for year basis. Ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits. Must have the ability to correctly use and explain the use of a multimeter, oscilloscope, micrometer, wheel gage, and other tools associated with railcar maintenance. Must have a general knowledge of railcar maintenance, operations and repair. In lieu of bachelor’s degree, ten years of experience, preferably in a transit related field, as an instructor/instructional designer with supervisory responsibilities may be substituted.
