ROLE SUMMARY: COVID‑19 has transitioned to an endemic disease state, and PAXLOVID® is a critical therapeutic option for appropriate high‑risk patients. Following FDA approval and the transition to commercial supply, the brand operates within a mature but constantly evolving environment—requiring sustained focus on operational execution, performance management, and cross‑functional coordination. The US PAXLOVID Operational Enablement Lead will report directly to the US Antiviral Lead and is responsible for leading insights generation, commercial operations, innovative strategy development and implementation to maximize the impact of our Marketing and Sales and Account Management organizations in the U.S. The individual should have a combination of strategic thinking, analytical ability, experience working collaboratively with marketing and cross-functional partners and people management skills to help the US PAXLOVID team achieve its commercial goals.
