Communications Systems Engineer

Job description

TSC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Communications Systems Engineer to support our customer in Washington, DC . The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer with a strong background in communications equipment, RF technology and electronics. This role involves full-lifecycle engineering, from design and development to testing, troubleshooting, integration, and maintenance of advanced communication systems. You will have the opportunity to work with advanced equipment, tools and technologies to support both legacy and new communications systems across many areas of support, to include the following: - System Design & Development; design and develop robust and reliable electronics and communications systems, analyze system requirements and translate them into design specifications, Create and maintain detailed documentation for all stages of the design process. - Testing & Troubleshooting; develop and execute comprehensive test plans for RF and communication systems, Identify, troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues in a timely manner, often in urgent and high-priority scenarios, perform root cause analysis of failures and implement corrective actions. - Integration...
