The Opportuity The Portfolio Analytics Principal is a strategic finance leader who shapes how Genentech anticipates market evolution, forecasts portfolio performance, and translates complex business signals into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making at the highest levels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, forecasting, business performance, and advanced analytics . The candidate will partner closely with Genentech CFO, CMG finance team, GPS, Group Finance (eCOE), Investor Relations, Digital/Data & Analytics (DDA), and cross-functional teams to build a best-in-class portfolio intelligence capability—enabling Genentech to make faster, smarter, more patient-centered decisions. This role requires a combination of executive presence, analytical depth, storytelling ability, and a modern digital mindset , including automation and AI-enabled analytics.
