You will bring structure to complex delivery environments, enable teams to perform at their best and build a delivery organisation that supports innovation while maintaining strong operational discipline. - Lead and scale how Product, Engineering, Risk, Customer and Revenue teams plan, build and deliver innovative financial products for millions of customers. - Bring deep expertise in lean agile delivery, flow optimisation and delivery metrics, with a track record of scaling delivery capability across complex technology organisations. - Hybrid working with team collaboration days in our Sydney office.
