This role will support the firm’s marketing department across a variety of areas, including events, digital marketing, CRM, communications, collateral and more. The ideal candidate is a Junior or Senior in college, majoring in Marketing or another related degree. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assists with event planning functions in connection with networking events, seminars, sponsorships and other events. - Maintains library of collateral materials, including headshots, biographies, marketing materials and related marketing pieces. - Understand and administer customer relationship management (CRM) system. - Coordinates external directory listings and awards submissions. - Posts updates to the firm’s website - Performs research on clients and prospects, service lines, segment teams and occasional competitive intelligence - Maintains editorial calendar and proofreads content. - Manages sponsorship deliverables - Posts and assists with co...
