Core responsibilities: In this role, you will join the Finance Controlling & Planning organization and work closely with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) of our Operations Finance organization to enable smart decision-making through insights, structure, and collaboration. You will also: Support monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting. Support FBP’s in providing financial insights and analysis towards Factory and Central Operations team Prepare and review monthly performance reports, including variance analysis on cost, productivity, and operational KPIs. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cost controlling for strategic projects for factory and central teams Help identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation across operations finance activities. Collaborate across finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and data consistency. This position is based in Prague – Jinonice, and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.
