ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: Join a major Swiss telecommunications provider at the forefront of digital transformation and commercial performance optimization. As a Digital Growth Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of commercial performance, experimentation, and data usage — designing and implementing data-driven initiatives that directly improve sales conversion, revenue, and customer value. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where you'll translate insights into live use cases, shape how data is used within analytics environments, and enable rapid testing and activation across sales channels. With full remote flexibility from Portugal, you'll directly influence sales performance and work on initiatives that drive real business value at scale across digital and assisted channels.
