Job Details The Coordinator of the Simulation and Clinical Skills Lab is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all clinical skills and simulation activities for undergraduate and graduate nursing students at the assigned campus location. This role ensures effective use and ongoing readiness of simulation and skills lab spaces, including managing daily operations, identifying equipment needs, and maintaining inventory and supplies. The Coordinator provides direct instruction to nursing students at all program levels within the skills laboratory and simulation environment and collaborates closely with course faculty to support curriculum objectives related to clinical skills and simulation.
