Amentum, a large government contract company, is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to support the Camp East Montana contract in El Paso, TX. POSITION SUMMARY: A Security Operations Supervisor oversees a detention center's daily operations, ensuring detainee safety and security while upholding National Detention Standard 2025(NDS), and ensuring compliance with regulations set by ICE and organizations like the American Correctional Association (ACA). Key responsibilities include overseeing inmate intake, housing, and processing, coordinating facility maintenance and logistics, and ensuring compliance with all detention standards and policies. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
