Job Summary: The Accounting Operations Analyst will perform routine tasks, including the primary duty of monthly bank reconciliations of 250+ bank accounts, coding accounts receivable items, and fielding questions from accounting teams and management. Must be knowledgeable on multi-location account coding. Essential Job Functions: - Establish priorities to meet deadlines and goals within guidelines established by management - Verify data for accuracy and identify situations where further research and investigation is required - Adhere to bank reconciliation procedures and controls - Additional accounting tasks and cross training within the department - Predictable, reliable and dependable attendance is a requirement of the position.
