Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Team Lead Firewall Administrator to join our DLA team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in network security, firewall administration, or related IT disciplines. Demonstrated experience leading or supervising technical teams in a network security environment. Strong working knowledge of Check Point firewalls, including versions R81 and R82. In-depth knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) operations. Experience with installation, configuration, and sustainment of network equipment, including: Firewalls Proxy servers: Cloud-based security services: Other network security appliances: - Familiarity with incident ticket tracking systems and operational workflows. - Comprehensive understanding of DoD and DLA security regulations, policies, and Information Assurance (IA) standards. - Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and enterprise network security architectures.
