Job Details: Job Summary: This leadership role is responsible for directing a department of data engineers and analysts focused on the enterprise-wide virtualization and governance of rolling stock assets. The team ensures the integrity, accessibility, and consistency of data across the entire asset lifecycle—from part inventory and parent asset association to warranty claims and end-of-life disposal. This position is foundational to multiple asset-lifecycle management programs and plays a critical role in supporting the Cetaris maintenance system and its integration with SAP modules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Governance - Define roles, responsibilities, and processes for rolling stock asset data governance. - Lead the development and enforcement of data standards, policies, and lifecycle management practices. - Promote data ownership and governance as a strategic business asset at the senior management level.
