YOUR ROLE: Based at Erskine Park NSW (93 Lockwood Rd) and reporting to the General Manager - Key Account Management, this role is responsible for the performance, retention and growth of a portfolio of strategic customer accounts in NSW. You’ll act as the primary relationship owner, working closely with operations and cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes, ensure contractual compliance and drive long-term customer success. This role plays a key part in aligning customer expectations with operational delivery while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability across the contract portfolio.
