Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in management consulting or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company. - Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements. Preferred qualifications: - Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CA), Project/Portfolio Management (e.g., PMP), and Process Improvement (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma). - MBA, Advanced degree, or equivalent specialized finance training. - Experience influencing and communicating at all organizational levels and partnering cross-functionally. - Experience in accounting, tax, and general finance knowledge of accounting and core finance processes, including standard finance systems (e.g., SAP, BlackLine, etc.). - Experience with implementing AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other automation technologies within a finance context - Ability to work separately in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, navigating ambiguity with problem-solving skills.
