Salary wage range:$176,393.03/yr. -$248,130.43/yr. Job Summary: Provide holistic care services to patients and families served by the Grand Ronde Health and Wellness Center (GRHWC). Ensure that all patients receive proper treatment in a reasonable amount of time. This includes, but not limited to: assessment, diagnosis, treatment of patients by follow-up and health promotion. Ensures that the provision of healthcare services takes place in an efficient professional environment. Contribute to accomplishment of the Tribe’s holistic health and wellness objectives for clients and families. Essential Functions: - Provides professional medical screening, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of medical clinic patients. Assesses physical, psychological and social needs of both patient and family. - Modifies plan of care with patient/family to achieve optimal health in conjunction with established treatment protocols. - Recognizes office medical emergencies and coordinates treatment including facilitating EMS transfer when necessary. - Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient’s age-specific needs. - Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic...
