Description The tentative schedule will consist of 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday, followed by Monday through Wednesday the following week. Training will be onsite in Columbia until the Spring Hill location opens in late spring. Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance is the largest orthopaedic surgery group in Tennessee.
