Job description

Description The purpose of this position is to provide mobile and stationary patrol presence in the community. Primary functions of this position may include patrolling community property such as various buildings and gate access points, assisting in emergency situations and interacting with homeowners and guests regarding community violations. Use computer system to look-up information on residents, log activities and create incident reports. Issues warnings or citations for violations of rules as needed. Observe and report issues needing correction. Performs other duties as assigned. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Patrols community in department vehicles and monitors streets and intersections for violations. - Inspects/secures facilities and/or company property. For HOA this would include clubhouses, fitness centers and pools during non-business hours. Welfare checks of residents and property as requested. - Assists with emergencies involving members/guests/employees along with local law enforcement.
