Job Title Chief of Staff CMO Job Description: High Level Job Description: Chief of Staff The Chief of Staff will manage the office of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO): develop strategies and enable transformation initiatives to support the organization to meet short and long-term corporate objectives. This includes supporting the CMO and Leadership Team to set priorities, orchestrate key leadership meetings, performance monitoring, and improve cross-functional teamwork to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Serves as a key partner to the CMO and the Medical Office Leadership Team supporting strategy, prioritization and decision making and enabling tactical and operational plans to meet corporate and functional goals. Leads through influence with strong relationships building skills to partner and drive change across the Medical Office and with other key stakeholders in businesses, regions and functions. The Chief of Staff provides strategic direction, ensures that organizational priorities are clear and enables the Medical Office to achieve strategic goals and mature as an organization.
