WORK LOCATION: Huntsville, AL FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt SALARY RANGE: The anticipated salary range for this role is $25.00 to $33.00 per hour. This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. SUMMARY The Lead Electronics Technician is an integral part of our production team; they are responsible for manufacturing and assembly of electronic components by the engineering and production documentation, ensuring that all work and components meet rigorous quality standards. The Lead Electronics Technician is essential in supporting the Electronics Supervisor with training and executing the production plan. A successful Lead Electronics Technician has keen attention to detail and supports others in the shop and throughout the company, both technically and as teammates.
