Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Project A public sector organisation is seeking three Business Analysts to join a multidisciplinary digital transformation team working on the ePV programme, a strategic initiative focused on modernising and digitalising police and judicial processes. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business and functional requirements Define project scope and support solution design activities Collaborate with internal and external development teams Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams Analyse and map business processes, systems, and impacts Prepare and maintain project and functional documentation Support end users through training, workshops, and communication activities Provide second-line support and project reporting Communicate updates, changes, and issues through established channels Required Skills & Experience: Experience in Business Analysis and process modelling Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Experience with BPMN and UML: Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills Experience with MS Office tools: Public sector experience is an asset Ability to conduct impact analysis and support change ini...
