Job description

A Poker Dealer is responsible for facilitating the game of poker by dealing cards to players, managing the pot, and enforcing game rules. They must be knowledgeable about various poker games and have excellent customer service and communication skills. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Deals Poker games by applicable laws and company policies and procedures. Greets guests to Poker tables, provides information about the game, answers any questions players may have about procedures, and provides instructions to the players as needed. Collects rake at the end of each bet and upon completion of the game, drops the rake into the table drop box; assures accuracy of the rake count. ensures the integrity of the game and provides an enjoyable gaming experience. Maintains a working knowledge of company policies, internal controls, and applicable laws. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: MUST have knowledge and experience in dealing with Poker at a licensed venue.
