Job Description: - Administration of SharePoint farms and SharePoint Online and other related services - Maintenance of SharePoint servers - Acting as 2nd line of support, processing related tickets for SharePoint farms in different environments (production, testing, development) - Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner - Architecting long term changes to the SharePoint platforms - Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes - Contribution to specifications for solutions based on SharePoint platform from systems point of view - Liaising with developer teams...
