The Medical Assistant Supervisor provides leadership and day‑to‑day oversight of the medical assistant team to ensure high‑quality patient care and efficient clinic operations. This role is responsible for supervising, training, and supporting medical assistants while promoting best practices, compliance, and a positive team culture. The ideal candidate is an experienced medical assistant with strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient experiences.
