Wasco County Landfill , a Waste Connections company is looking for a Scale House Cashier to join our team in The Dalles, Oregon. Schedule is Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed. A Day in the Life of a Scale House Attendant/Office Personnel: Greet and direct all customers and employees upon entry of the landfill. Weighing vehicles as the enter and leave. Calculating payments for customers depending on weight disposed of at landfill. Ensure incoming customer loads are safe and do not contain any hazardous or inappropriate material.
