Vancouver Hauling, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Vancouver, WA! M-F, 8-5 pm. Pay starts at $21.50/HR with regular wage increases. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer disputes efficiently while developing proficiency in proprietary operational systems. Conduct customer interviews and input relevant information into company databases, handling inquiries in person and via phone regarding service orders, installations, disconnections, or changes.
