He or she builds and sustains strong Rental Income revenue by stewarding over the wellbeing of prospects who inquire about the community. Serve prospects though coordinating and initiating relational based leasing strategies and functions of the community. Implement leasing plans that will meet and exceed the overall Approved Budget occupancy goals and financial objectives. The Director of Sales and Leasing is responsible for overseeing, developing and implementing all leasing functions within the community. The position also requires being able to establish reciprocal and effective working relationships with all staff, residents and their families, and those individuals involved in organizations that support the senior housing industry.
