Job Description Summary & Additional Information Chesapeake Biological Laboratory (CBL) is seeking an IT/AV Support Specialist to provide technical assistance at our CBL facilities. Located in Solomons, MD., CBL is one of four constituent research laboratories that form the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science (UMCES), one of 12 institutions within the University System of Maryland. CBL has a 100-year heritage of research on the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audio Video (AV) Support Specialist who is capable of working under limited supervision and skilled to manage the technical setup, operation, and maintenance of our campus audiovisual systems for various events, meetings, and conferences throughout various conference facilities within our campus in Solomons Maryland. The ideal candidate will ensure flawless execution of all audio-visual requirements, providing exceptional customer service and technical support to internal and external clients.
