Summary The Lead Salesforce Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and scaling the Salesforce platform to support the organization’s Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales motions. This role requires extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, data governance, automation, and user enablement. The ideal candidate will have strong functional understanding of Sales processes, pipeline management, lead-to-cash workflows, and partner collaboration models. The administrator will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and IT teams to ensure Salesforce meets evolving business needs. This position is an 5-day/week in-office role in Miami, FL or Seattle, WA. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and continuously optimize Salesforce org including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. - Design and maintain automations including Flows, validation rules, assignment rules, approval processes, and declarative tools. - Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and leadership teams to understand GTM requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Enhance lead, opportunity, territory management, forecasting, and account planning wor...
