Job Title Scrum Master- - DCD Digital Solutions Job Description: Introduction: We’re looking for a Scrum Master to help teams grow, improve, and deliver value more effectively within DCD – Digital Solutions. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, DevOps teams, and leadership to strengthen Agile ways of working and support continuous improvement across the department. What you’ll do: Coach teams to become self-organizing, accountable, and focused on delivering value. Foster a strong continuous improvement mindset by addressing root causes, not just symptoms. U nderstand team dynamics deeply and support individuals and teams in their growth. Use systems thinking to identify patterns across teams, making flow, blockers, and risks visible. Ensure clear ownership and alignment of cross team dependencies to reduce friction and delays. Be proactive in identifying and driving improvements at the train level. Facilitate impactful rituals , workshops, and retrospectives. Act as a trusted partner to the Product Owner to ensure focus, clarity, and sustainable delivery.
