Position Overview: We are looking for a Knowledge & Skill Management Specialist to support Retail Global Centers in Mumbai, Katowice, Valencia and Hamburg/Kiev. The role focuses on skill management, training content governance and reporting on a global level. The person will drive updates to training paths and skill profiles, ensure data accuracy, provide actionable reporting to stakeholders, and coordinate the creation and maintenance of training materials for both general tools and internal product knowledge. This role requires strong stakeholder collaboration, structured thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into clear training and skill development solutions. Location: 3 times per week in Katowice office required.
